Hospital patient safety culture in selected Slovak hospitals: a cross-sectional study

SĂşhrn Ăvod: BezpeÄnosĹĽ pacientov patrĂ medzi najzĂĄvaĹžnejĹĄĂ a stĂĄle aktuĂĄlny celosvetovĂ˝ problĂŠm zdravotnĂctva. Okrem ukazovateÄžov kvality oĹĄetrovateÄžskej starostlivosti je dĂ´leĹžitĂŠ zohÄžadĹovaĹĽ aj kultĂşru bezpeÄnosti ako jeden z faktorov v snahe zaistiĹĽ bezpeÄnosĹĽ pacienta. CieÄž: ZistiĹĽ, hodnotia sestry hospitalizovanĂ˝ch pacientov. Metodika: Zber empirickĂ˝ch Ăşdajov prebiehal pomocou dotaznĂka The Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC). VĂ˝skumnĂş vzorku tvorilo 196 sestier pracujĂşcich 6 nemocniciach na Slovensku. Na posĂşdenie vzĹĽahu ordinĂĄlnymi kardinĂĄlnymi premennĂ˝mi bol pouĹžitĂ˝ Spearmanov korelaÄnĂ˝ koeficient rho. prediktorov stupĹa bola pouĹžitĂĄ viacnĂĄsobnĂĄ lineĂĄrna regresnĂĄ analĂ˝za. VĂ˝sledky: NajvyĹĄĹĄie percento pozitĂvnych odpovedĂ boli zaznamenanĂŠ dimenziĂĄch tĂmovĂĄ spoluprĂĄca oddelenĂ (63,08%), spätnĂĄ väzba komunikĂĄcia (61,20%), vzdelĂĄvanie kontinuĂĄlne zlepĹĄovanie (55,38%). SignifikantnĂ˝m negatĂvnym prediktorom vnĂmania vyĹĄĹĄĂ poÄet hlĂĄsenĂ˝ch neĹžiaducich udalostĂ za poslednĂ˝ rok (-0,226; 0,002) odpracovanĂ˝ch hodĂn týŞdeĹ (-0,215; 0,002). VĂ˝znamnĂ˝mi pozitĂvnymi prediktormi dimenzie nemocniÄnej kultĂşry pacientov: tĂmova (0,165; 0,048), funkcie manaĹžmentu (0,172; 0,045) odovzdĂĄvanie informĂĄciĂ 0,049). ZĂĄver: ĂroveĹ pacienta ovplyvĹuje kvalitu poskytovanej zdravotnej starostlivosti. Hodnotenie slúŞi identifikĂĄciu oblastĂ zlepĹĄenie, zvýťenie povedomia o odbornĂkmi. NaĹĄu ĹĄtĂşdiu moĹžno povaĹžovaĹĽ parciĂĄlnu predstavuje vĂ˝chodisko pre realizĂĄciu ÄalĹĄĂch kvantitatĂvnych kvalitatĂvnych ĹĄtĂşdiĂ väÄĹĄej vzorke respondentov.
